Tricyrtis formosana 'Empress' (Empress Toad Lily)

Part to full shade; rich, moist soil. 24-30”, late summer to early fall bloom. Leaves lily-like, medium green with parallel veins; flowers white to cream with heavy “splash” of purple freckles. Plant reproduces vegetatively via stolons to increase clump size over time…not an aggressive spreader.
