Sempervivum 'Pilioseum' (Hens-n-Chicks)
A smaller Sempervivum growing only 3-4” in height. Rosettes are a mix of green and red shades, primarily green from mid-summer until about mid-winter, when a red-burgundy blush develops and remains effective until early summer. Flowers are a dusty rose color and are clustered at the top of an often rambling stem in mid-summer. Prefers dry, relatively poor soil, and full sun.
